Bugweri Children Network (BCNET) is a non government organization, which was established on a charity and humanity foundation with strict devotion to support the orphans and other vulnerable children like the physically disabled children, blind children, deaf children, children with brain injury, dwarfism, child mothers, Child headed families, children from the poorest families among other needy children.
The orphanage home was founded early October of 2020; however it was later alone deregistered as a community based organization in 2022 with registration number BDGL/012/22
Educational needs
by providing them with schools dues, scholastic materials like school uniforms, books, pens, pencils, toilet paper rolls, brooms, sanitary pads for the girl child, shoes, and bags among others.
Spiritually
Bugweri Children Network (BCNET) we have an orphanage church where we teach the orphans and other vulnerable children the word of God and we conduct Sunday schools every Sunday, on Wednesday we hold counseling and guidance to both the child mothers and the child fathers since we have a number of young girls who were impregnated during the pandemic of COVID 19.
Medically
We help our orphans and other vulnerable children with medics.
Socially
We have activities like in games and sport where the orphan and other vulnerable children participate in these games, we sensitize the orphan and other vulnerable children and their care givers about the rights and freedom of a child and we also create awareness about the different child abuse in the society and their impact to the child, society and the country at large.
We train
Orphan and other vulnerable children more especially the child mothers and fathers the community work and also equip them with vocational training like tailoring, hair dressing, computer studies, carpentry and joinery, bakery and farming where we teach them crop production, animal husbandry and poultry.

With the farming
The land hiring is $ 500 per season and here we can plant some maize and beans which can take like 4 months for harvesting.
And through farming an acre we expect the output of
• 7 to 9 sacks of maize flour
• 7- 10 sacks of beans
And this can take us through the next season when we are not in shortage of food
